The Regulation 14 Consultation Draft of the Sedgeberrow Neighbourhood Plan is now available for review. The full document can be accessed here.
This consultation draft of the Sedgeberrow Neighbourhood Plan has been informed and compiled as a result of a number of public consultations including a residents’ questionnaire, a business questionnaire, and an options survey which sought the views of parishioners on the Vision and Objectives of the Plan, a preferred housing site and Local Green Space designations.
A significant amount of research and evidence gathering has been undertaken by the steering group and planning consultants BPA in getting this far so please do take the time to let us know your thoughts; it is important that the Plan reflects the local community’s views.
The formal 6-week consultation period will commence at midnight on Friday 17th September 2021 and end on midnight Saturday 30th October 2021.
